Air Handler Restorations

When Cleaning Isn't Enough, We Rebuild.

Full-Scope AHU Restoration for Deteriorated Units — Restored to NFPA 90A / NADCA ACR Standard

Some air handlers have gone too long without service to be solved with a standard cleaning — corroded drain pans, degraded coil fins, failing insulation, and coatings breaking down on interior surfaces. Replacing the unit is expensive and disruptive; CleanAir Systems Group offers a restoration path instead.

Following NADCA ACR guidelines, we strip the unit to bare metal where needed, repair or recoat interior surfaces, restore coil performance, and bring the unit back to a documented baseline that satisfies NFPA 90A — the code governing HVAC installation and maintenance in commercial and healthcare facilities — extending equipment life at a fraction of replacement cost.

  • Interior surface repair, recoating, and corrosion remediation

  • Coil restoration to recover lost airflow and efficiency

  • Extends equipment life and defers capital replacement cost

  • Restoration performed to NFPA 90A / NADCA ACR standards, by NADCA
    ACS-certified technicians

Before you budget for a new unit, find out if your existing one can be restored — most can.
